Halloween is here, and the Nerd Alert News team is getting into the spooky season spirit with a special episode full of creepy stories, horror movie debates, childhood memories, and a few things that go bump in the night.
Managing Editor TiShea is joined by Editor Colleen and Staff Writer Mandie for a Halloween roundtable covering a little bit of everything we love about this time of year. From the Halloween traditions we grew up with and the movies that instantly put us in the spooky mood to the horror villains we love, questionable decisions in scary movies, and paranormal experiences that still leave us scratching our heads, there’s plenty to talk about.
We also get into what really makes a horror movie scary, the Halloween movies and shows we keep coming back to, and the creepy stories and urban legends that have stuck with us over the years. And, naturally, we have to wonder: if we found ourselves in a classic horror movie situation, who would actually survive?
Whether you’re a horror fanatic, a paranormal enthusiast, a Halloween nostalgia lover, or just someone who shows up for the candy, this special has a little something for everyone.
So grab your favorite Halloween snacks, settle in, and join us for some spooky season fun. And while you’re watching, let us know in the comments: Have you ever experienced something paranormal that you just couldn’t explain? Are you a believer, a skeptic, or somewhere in between?
