Horror fans have the opportunity to meet Victoria Price, daughter of horror legend Vincent Price, this September at the very first Colorado Festival of Horror. This is exciting news for horror fans of all ages. Attendees will want to hear some amazing stories of this inspirational speaker, blogger, consultant, coach, and interspiritual minister. Price will have a table in the Death Dealer’s Room selling and signing books as well as introducing her favorite Vincent Price horror classic and presenting her slide show “Vincent Price: Master of Menace, Lover of Life.”
Along with sharing stories about the life of her famous father, she is a public speaker on a variety of topics. She has a popular blog called Daily Practice of Joy, is the author of three books, and says that she leads a nomadic life on the road with her dog Allie. Leading a life as she calls it “intentionally homeless,” clearly Price knows what she’s talking about. No doubt fans will be clutching one or all three of her books to have autographed. The books are the 2018 inspirational memoir, The Way of Being Lost: A Road Trip to My Truest Self; the critically-acclaimed Vincent Price: A Daughter’s Biography, and her latest book is called Living Love: 12 Heart-Centered Practices to Transform Your Life.
Horror fans have had the date of September 10-12, 2021 on their calendars for over a year now in anticipation of one of the most unique and exciting conventions to come to Denver in a long time. The venue will be the Embassy Suites by Hilton Central Park in Denver, CO.
Also recently announced was Horror filmmaker Christopher R. Mihm. This writer, director, and producer of films like “Mihmiverse” that pays homage to the 1950s-era drive-in cinema. His work has received numerous accolades, nominations, and awards. Joining both Victoria Price and Christopher R. Mihm are Charlton Horror comic book artist and playwright Bob Hall, and Guests of Honor, writer Steve Niles, actress Brinke Stevens, and actor Brian Bonsall.
