Today it was announced that David Ramsey is coming to Heroes Dutch Comic Con spring edition!!! As a fan of the CW series “Arrow,” I could not be happier with this announcement. David is best known for his role as John Diggle on “Arrow”. He is also known for his role as Anton Briggs on “Dexter.”
