Sebastian Stan is coming to Houston Fandemic Convention along with many other incredible celebrity guests. The weekend of October 18th, 2019 is packed full of convention fun from meeting the celebrity guests to watching the cosplay contests and of course, checking out the exhibitor’s room and the artists. No matter what level of nerdy you are, this convention is sure to be a fun-filled event. Joining Sebastian Stan at this event are Milo Ventimiglia, James and Oliver Phelps, Sean Astin, and many more! Adding to this, there will be two cosplay contests for those looking to show off their amazing costumes. The primary contest, which is open to all guests, will be on Saturday, but for the younger cosplayers, there is also a children’s costume contest on Sunday.
John Macaluso, Fandemic’s CEO, who started Fandemic in 2016, has put together an amazing lineup of celebrity and creator guests having “created some very good relationships with agents and talent” over the years. He cites his love of doing live events as the inspiration for this tour and has been in this industry for the last nine years, further saying that the mantra for Fandemic has always been to take care of the fan. Con-goers who have had the opportunity to attend a Fandemic event can attest to this, which is perhaps, what puts Fandemic apart from other conventions.
Fans can look forward to solo panels with celebrity guests as well as group panels such as the “Umbrella Academy” or “Buffy” panels that are slated for Saturday.
Fans who want to join in the fun can purchase tickets on the Fandemic website. A 3-day admission pass is $75 in advance, a Friday general admission pass is $40 in advance, Saturday’s general admission pass is $50 in advance, and Sunday’s general admission pass is $45 in advance. Each paid adult may bring up to two children (age 10 or under) at no charge. There are also still some VIP passes available for purchase and of course, photo ops and autographs.
