Time to get your dance on, Denver ladies. The Earlybirds Club is back and this time, it’s all 80s!
Bring out the neon, leg warmers, and some of the best music ever created. Yes, an evening of Prince, Madonna, Whitney, Cyndi Lauper, Michael Jackson, Pat Benatar and all the songs that still know how to make a room absolutely lose it. No judgment. No awkward hovering by the wall. Just a giant room of people who came to dance. It’s a Saturday night out focused on women, trans, and non-binary who want to get their dance on. The party returns to the Gothic Theatre June 13th and isn’t it time to get that dance therapy on?
Come solo. Come with your people. Come as you are. Just come ready to dance. Denver’s Earlybirds Ambassador, Kylie Larson, loves this amazing club because she truly believes that dancing is therapy. She says that “it’s the kind of fun so many of us are missing in midlife—and it’s an instant mood booster. You can dance like no one’s watching or like everyone’s watching, because it’s such a safe, joy-filled space.” And we at Nerd Alert News agree with her!
