This was my second year at Wizard World Con, the morning started off with the band called “The Action Figures” which is made up with some stars you may have heard them. They are Jack Coleman, Greg Grunberg, Adrian Pasdar, and David Anders. They have all been in multiple shows, but you may know them all from being in a little show called ‘Heroes’.

At this con, the band had some special guests to perform with them such as Dan Fogler from ‘Fantastic Beasts,’ Scott Grimes from ‘The Orville,’ Brad savage from ‘Red Dawn,’ and James Denton from ‘The West Wing.’

The event invited some stars that have never even done a convention before like John Travolta and Melissa Joan Hart. Travolta was there to promote his new movie called ‘The Fanatic.’ John plays “Moose” who is a movie fan who is obsessed with his favorite celebrity action hero, Hunter Dunbar. John said the reason why this character spoke to him was that “Each and every one of us has a little “Moose” in all of us”.

The main reason why I love this convention is the fact that everything is running so smoothly for the ops, and autos and the panels. I love how laid back the convention is. I should know I’ve been to quite a few cons that haven’t run smoothly and were very strict. Wizard World con brings everyone together. It is a place where no one judges you. You can cosplay or dress up if you want. With this con you can just tell that the stars are there for us, they appreciate seeing us and getting to know us.

Here at this convention, you can find many different types of artists along Artist’s Alley. This is what a comic con is all about. It is so that artists that want to show something they are passionate about and get there name out there. If you’re not into art there are so many kinds of items you can find from candles, jewelry, plushies, weapons, and more.

Wizard World is one of the better cons that I have been to. Everyone working at it is kind and willing to help anyone that needs it. This year’s con just comes to show just how much love and effort goes into it every year.
