Get to know ‘Supernatural’ guest star Sam Robert Muik

Sam Robert Muik hits the CW scene with his spots on “Supernatural” and “Riverdale” this season. The talented young actor also jams between his guitar and piano, and lives life by “one small, random act of kindness at a time”. Sam can also be spotted on a new online series titled “Hudson”, is in a game trailer for a recently released Marvel game app called “Battle Lines”, and may soon be an evil elf prince!

Get to know Sam before you see him on November 15th’s “Supernatural” episode ‘Optimism’. According to SpoilerTV fans can look forward to:

WHAT WE DO FOR LOVE – Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Charlie (guest star Felicia Day) team up to get to the bottom of a string of random disappearances. Meanwhile, Jack believes that he has found a case and convinces Dean (Jensen Ackles) to partner-up with him on the hunt. Richard Speight Jr. directed the episode written by Steve Yockey.

Colleen Bement: You play Vance in episode six of this 14th season of “Supernatural”.

Sam Robert Muik: First off, a big thank YOU for having me here today and to all the fans, cast and crew of “Supernatural”! I was a kid when the show premiered and watched many seasons. To now come on as an actor and to be so warmly welcomed by the crew and cast – I will treasure the camaraderie, efficiency, humor, and overall experience forever! Hopefully, we haven’t seen the last of Vance.

CB: Tell your fans about your season two guest spot as Brad on “Riverdale”.

SRM: Again, a big thank you is owed to the casting director, Sean Cossey and all the groups involved at The CW and Netflix for letting me be a part of the awesome possum that is “Riverdale”. KJ is class-lad and I had a great time showing him he isn’t the biggest cat in the alley. Sadly, a steel pipe is a steel pipe, but, that doesn’t mean Brad didn’t get on his feet and maybe head back to Greendale.

CB: I checked out your upcoming projects on IMDB. “KiLL SPreE: A Love Story” and “A.M.I.” sound fascinating. “KiLL SPreE: A Love Story”? The title alone makes me think of “Natural Born Killers”. LOL. Tell us more.

SRM: Well, you’re just the bomb.com for putting these three in the same sentence (NBK?!!)! I can’t wait to share “A Love Story” with you all. “A.M.I.” was an incredibly passionate project and is actually premiering at the AFM in Santa Monica right now! The crew and I had the best time working with a brilliant script and vision by (and under) Rusty Nixon, and spent many sleepless nights having a blast through chaos and anarchy (not the crew haha!). If you’re looking for Horror, Humour, and Axes, come this way.

CB: What other projects do you have in the works that you are allowed to talk about?

SRM: Marvel has recently released a new App titled “Battle Lines” and I was the lucky, little kid who got to run around with comic books and cheer my favorite heroes on in their game trailer; hopefully, only a sign of things to come! CBC’s “Heartland” series (2007) is introducing a new, online series titled “Hudson”, starring myself, Madison Cheeatow, and Bianca Roca. If you’re looking for a cowboy comedy, teen drama, well, I can’t wait to share more with ya’ll in the coming months! There may be a Sci-Fi film with me as an Evil Elf Prince finishing production in the new year as well!

CB: Let’s switch gears to music. I noticed you with your guitar on Instagram. What type of music do you play? Do you perform or just jam for your fans and friends?

SRM: I enjoy my classic pop covers, but I thoroughly lean toward Folk and Blues, and anything Mr. Hendrix, and I usually just do one-man Sam jams between my guitar and piano!

Speed Round! Let’s get to know you better.
