Heroes Dutch Comic Con is BACK!!!

After being postponed numerous times, Dutch Comic Con finally happened on the 26th and 27th of March in Utrecht, Netherlands, and let me tell you, it was great to be back at a con and roaming all around. We had guests such as Colin O’Donoghue, Manu Bennet, Peyton List, and Jacob Bertrand. There were also 2 voice actors, Carolina Ravassa and Lucie Pohl. As someone who loved “Arrow” and “Once Upon a Time” I was most excited to meet Colin and Manu.

Comics, cosplay, merchandise, gaming, and plenty of activities for all ages filled the floors. There were panels where we had the chance to ask questions. The meet and greet opportunities were amazing. There was a designated space called the ‘quest square’ where we could have our photo ops and other collectibles signed. Some guests even did selfies!

I personally love walking around the merch hall and finding goodies. And as always, I end up spending way more than I had intended to. Worth it! Also, I am not much of a gamer, but there was an area created just for gaming fans that included a stage, panels, and even exciting tournaments. On Saturday there was a cosplay contest where attendees showed off the most amazing outfits. There was even a proposal during the contest. Congrats to the couple! Saturday night included a wedding.

Even though I was only there for Saturday, the rest of the convention was a big success. I can’t wait to go back, and speaking of going back, Heroes Dutch Comic Con will be back on the 19th and 20th of November 2022. Stay glued to their website for more information.
