Ed Carter will be hosting Halo Flashpoint, Cthuhlu Death May Die, and Zombicide on Saturday, August 29th. Carter is not only an expert at these games, he is a fun and patient teacher to those who want to learn. Look for the Nerd Alert News banner at the table and come show off your gaming skills.
Whether you’ve never played or you’re a veteran gamer, Tacticon welcomes fans to their tables.
They offer tabletop games including board games, card games and role playing games of all kinds. The force behind the con, Gamer Girl Games, puts on fantastic events. They are the creators that gives gamers Genghis Con, which has been bringing together tabletop and role playing enthusiasts for over 40 years. What is wonderful about TactiCon is that it creates a safe space to make new friends and try out new games. Attendees can explore new types of games without having to invest money. Expect to see hundreds, yes HUNDREDS of games available to play from board games to fantastical games of adventure. They are happy teach new players the games. Attendees can ask for help or offer to help if someone seems unsure. Depending on the game, one can expect to spend as little as thirty minutes or four hours or more in a game. RPG games are typically run in 4 hour slots.
Movin Meeples can’t wait to get our gaming on this year at TactiCon, and we are proud to be a part of Colorado’s gaming community. This gaming event will take place at the Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center, a nice venue just off I-225 that offers plenty of room to play.
