Today, Jeffrey Dean Morgan announced a new show premiering on April 17th on AMC at 10 PM called “Friday Night In with the Morgans.” It features himself, his wife, Hilarie Burton, along with their friends Jensen Ackles, and his wife, Danneel Ackles.
Many people may remember that Hilarie Burton and Danneel Ackles worked together on the television series “One Tree Hill” and have remained friends over the years. Jeffrey Dean Morgan also worked with Jensen Ackles on the television series “Supernatural”.
Jeffrey Dean made this announcement on his Instagram account saying, “I will be throwing out a bunch more information as I get it…but the plan is to maybe smile and laugh in a time that has been very hard to smile, much less laugh.” With COVID-19 keeping most of us at home, including the actors, this should be a fun way to find entertainment for us all. While we don’t yet know what this show will consist of, we can guess it will be a fun insight into the lives of both the Morgans and the Ackles under quarantine.
