Norse mythology news out of Norway
The popular series out of Norway, “Ragnarok,” has announced its season 3 premiere date. Thanks to Netflix, fans have grown attached to Magne and they’re anxiously awaiting the epic final battle of the gods this year. It will be the final season for this coming-of-age series and the show creators and writers, Adam Price and Emilie Lebech Kaae, must know to go out on top with an episode drop of August 24, 2023. Everything has led to this. As an epic final battle of gods against giants draws near, Magne’s fortitude will face its ultimate trial.
The protagonist Magne must attempt to fight this enemy, but how do you keep your cool and make the right choices when you’re a teenager in love, suddenly armed with the world’s mightiest weapon, while at the same time having to figure out who you are? Magne has to weigh every step on his journey from child to adult. As well as navigate the many relations he has finally managed to forge in the small town. But who is — when it all comes down to it — his friend? And who is his enemy?
Who doesn’t love a little Norse mythology?! For those who have not seen it, this present-day story takes place in a small Norwegian town suffering from climate change and pollution. The young lead character thought he was facing enough challenges, only to discover that he is the reincarnation of Thor. Now this 18-year-old high school senior has to stand up to an ancient and powerful enemy that threatens the entire country. It is done in its native Norwegian language, and it is worth a binge!
