Fan Expo Denver has truly outdone itself this year.
Headlining Hayden Christensen for Saturday is definitely getting attention. Fresh off his “Star Wars” Celebration appearance, and his return as Darth Vader in “Obi-Wan Kenobi,” the star is bringing the excitement. Christensen will be on hand all day Saturday for photos and autographs and then will take the stage at 7:30 that night to what promises to be a sold-out crowd. The annual event will take place June 30-July 2, 2023 at the Colorado Convention Center. The celebs continue with “The Mandalorian’s Giancarlo Esposito, Katee Sackhoff, and Emily Swallow, “Star Trek: Picard’s team of Jonathan Frakes, Brent Spiner, Michael Dorn, Gates McFadden, “Daredevil’s own Charlie Cox and Jon Bernthal, Christopher Lloyd, the legendary director Sam Rami, and the list rolls on. How about a chance to meet James McAvoy, the “Scream” team of Neve Campbell, Jamie Kennedy, Skeet Ulrich, and Matthew Lillard? “Stranger Things” actors Joseph Quinn and Grace Van Dien will be there. “Arrow” fans can meet Stephen Amell and Emily Bett Rickards. It is the chance to get up close and meet these stars of film, television, books, and comics. The list of stars is long and impressive. This event takes over downtown Denver year after year with over 100,000 fans. Many dressed in cosplay, and everyone looking to immerse themselves in pop culture joy. Those who have experienced Fan Expo Denver before know they can look forward to panels on the coolest subjects, gaming, authors, artists, family attractions, and, of course, a spectacular vendor area where treasures are found.
Fan Expo puts these amazing events on all across North America and they’ve got it down! The family-friendly atmosphere makes it ideal to bring the kids while all the big kids at heart come to celebrate all of their fandoms. That beautiful Blue Bear and the Colorado Convention Center host the event every year. The light rail keeps things simple by dropping attendees off right at the door. There are hotels and plenty of restaurants, parking, and sights to see while in town.
