The truth is out there.
“The X-Files” stars are coming to Colorado. For years we have been told that the truth was out there, but this May, the evidence will be impossible to ignore. Believe it or not, it has been 33 years since Chris Carter’s masterpiece premiered, and Fan Expo Denver is reopening the files with a monumental cast reunion! Fans will have the chance to to hear behind-the-scenes stories, as well as get photo ops and autographs. From May 28 to May 31, 2026, the Colorado Convention Center will become a hub for the unexplained as Gillian Anderson, David Duchovny, Robert Patrick, Mitch Pileggi, Annabeth Gish, Nicholas Lea, and William B. Davis gather for an exclusive appearance. Whether you are a skeptic searching for proof or a true believer who never lost hope, this incredible reunion is a summons you cannot run away from.
In addition, ‘The Lord of the Rings’ celebrity guests Orlando Bloom, Elijah Wood, Karl Urban, Miranda Otto, Sean Astin, John Rhys-Davies, John Noble, Dominic Monaghan and Billy Boyd will appear at the pop culture extravaganza. Sean Astin is pulling double duty, reuniting with his fellow ‘Goonies’ cast members Corey Feldman, Robert Davi, Joe Pantoliano, Kerri Green, and Martha Plimpton, to celebrate the ‘85 classic.
Also announced, David Tennant from ‘Doctor Who’ and ‘Good Omens’, the cast of ‘Scream’ Matthew Lillard, Skeet Ulrich, Jamie Kennedy, and Lee Waddell, Alec Baldwin from ‘Beetlejuice’ and ‘30 Rock,’ Josh Holloway and Henry Ian Cusick from ‘Lost,’ Cary Elwes of ‘Princess Bride’ and ‘Saw’ and Mike Colter from Marvel’s ‘Luke Cage.’
They’ll join the ‘Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord’ cast (currently airing on Disney+) Sam Witwer, Vanessa Marshall, Matthew Wood and David Collins, as well as Cara Buono from ‘Stranger Things,’ Colin O’Donoghue from ‘Once Upon a Time,’ Frank Grillo from ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe,’ ‘Harry Potter’ star Bonnie Wright, ‘Breaking Bad’ actor Dean Norris and Jaime Pressly and Ethan Suplee from ‘My Name is Earl.’ Christopher Judge from ‘Stargate-SG1,’ Brendan Wayne from ‘The Mandalorian,’ Garrett Hedlundfrom ‘Tron: Legacy’ and Catherine Bell from ‘Good Witch’ are also attending.
Bring the whole family. Will this be your kid’s first comic con event? Here’s the chance to start their cosplay journey young and watch their eyes light up when they run into their favorite characters on the convention floor. Be sure to come on Friday, if possible, and have first crack at the vendor room. A Fan Expo vendor room always feels a bit like Christmas.
