Renowned drag queens Bob the Drag Queen, Eureka O’Hara, and Shangela are back for eight new episodes of “We’re Here.” The Emmy-nominated unscripted series is premiering on National Coming Out Day, Oct. 11, 2021, on HBO. This second season will air on Mondays at 9:00 PM ET/PT will debut weekly on HBO and will then be available to stream on HBO Max. Small towns across America will play host to these influencers as they recruit residents to participate in one-night-only drag shows.

The focus of their journey is to spread love and connection across the towns of Spartanburg, SC, Temecula, CA, Del Rio, TX, Selma, AL, Evansville, IN, Watertown, SD, Kona, HI, and Grand Junction, CO. In being a part of these drag shows, these inspiring performers will come to know their new proteges as “drag daughters” and will help them express their genuine selves in front of their families, friends and communities.

According to the show’s Instagram, The queens and the communities that embrace them prove that love, compassion and a willingness to listen can spark change. The world needs that now more than ever. With that, we hope the renewal of ‘We’re Here’ for a second season will play a small part in the ongoing fight for justice and equality.

Caldwell Tidicue (Bob the Drag Queen), David Huggard (Eureka O’Hara) and D.J. Pierce (Shangela) all serve as consulting producers.The series was created and executive produced by Stephen Warren and Johnnie Ingram. Peter LoGreco directed as well as executive produced.
