Gal Gadot teases new film.
‘Wonder Woman’ herself, Gal Gadot shared a teaser of an important new film on her Instagram. “National Geographic Presents: Impact with Gal Gadot” is in the fan’s future. On the heals of “Wonder Woman 1984,” Nat Geo could not have found a more appropriate host to narrate the six-part short-form documentary series that follows some powerful stories of amazing young women from around the world. It tells of these inspiring people who have overcome horrible hardships such as genocide, gang violence, poverty, discrimination, and oppression. Despite the terrible odds they were dealt, these ladies “dare to dream, stand out, speak up, and lead.”
The trailer brings on goosebumps and deep breaths as viewers watch these young women from San Juan, Half Moon Bay, Detroit, Rio de Janeiro, Grand Caillou, and Memphis. It shows the strength and beauty in resilience. Executive producers Gal Gadot, Jaron Varsano (My Dearest Fidel), and Academy Award-winning director Vanessa Roth (Freehold) developed this project.
