Wizard World is hitting many cities this year. For Chicago, the announcements of the last 24 hours have been exciting. First up, there is Buffy alum, Alyson Hannigan (Willow),  Alexis Denisof (Wesley Wyndham-Price), and James Marsters (Spike).

“Buffy The Vampire Slayer,” which debuted in 1997 and ended in 2003, has been frequently listed as one of the greatest shows of all time. It has a cult following and is still frequently discussed amongst nerdom today.

Up next is Emily Swallow of “Supernatural” and “The Mandalorian.” Prior to Mandalorian fame, Swallow was most known for her role as Amara, the sister of God on “Supernatural.” Also announced are Craig Parker, best known for his role as Haldir in the “Lord of the Rings: Two Towers,” Phil Lamar, renowned voice-over actor, and Patrick Warburton of “The Tick.”

Finally, we have Kate Mulgrew of Star Trek: Voyager and Orange Is the New Black, Robin Lord Taylor of Gotham, and Ross Marquand of “The Walking Dead.”

Be sure to stay tuned to Wizard World’s Twitter and Website for more announcements!
