Looking for a new binge to nerd out over? ‘Sons of Anarchy’ might be for you.

The series started on September 8, 2008, and ended on December 9, 2014. There are a total of seven seasons with a total of 92 episodes. “Sons of Anarchy” (SOA) is about a “motorcycle club” (MC). SOA is set in Charming, a fictional location near Oakland, CA. As usual in such circles, this MC also earns his money with prostitution, drug trafficking, arms trafficking, and even more criminal activities. The police, ATF, and power struggles with other gangs make life difficult for the SOA. It is an exciting show with a very good story. Murders and criminal activities are the order of the day, while the setting and the actors do a great job.

As in reality, the MC is divided into different hierarchies. In addition to the president, there is also the vice president. As the name suggests, the nine founding members of the club have the First 9 rank.

Kurt Sutter took real motorcycle gangs as a role model for “Sons of Anarchy.” Inactive and active members of the Rocker Gang Hells Angels have played supporting roles and role models such as David Labrava (Happy), Chuck Zito (Frankie Diamonds), Rusty Coones (Quinn), and Sonny Barger (Lenny “The Pimp” Janowitz).

Jax Teller is the Vice President of SAMCRO (Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club, Redwood Orignal), whose late father is the founder of the Motorcycle Club. The birth of his son lets him see the club with different eyes. That is why he is increasingly questioning the methods by which his stepfather and the club president is the club.

Charlie Hunnam is brilliant in his role and comes across very authentically as Jax Teller. Power struggles with other gangs and his stepfather, Clay Morrow. He is always loyal to the club, but when he finds his father’s memorial, he is increasingly critical of club decisions. After the birth of his two sons, there are always conflicts with Clay due to his unscrupulous working methods.

Clay Morrow, the club’s president, is not afraid to use violence against his club members to enforce his unscrupulous working methods. Murders within the “family” go to his account. Through a drug deal with the Mexican mafia, he gets the whole club in trouble.

There is always intrigue between Jaxon’s mother, Gemma, and his wife, Tara. After a job offer, Tara, the club, wants to turn her back with partly tricky means. But Gemma tries to prevent this by all means and does not shy away from anything.

The actor choice is perfectly chosen for each member and you just notice that. You always think you’re right in the middle of it. Whether Jax’s best friend, Opie, who has to endure a lot of suffering in the series or Tig the Crazy.

With this series, Kurt Sutter has created a masterpiece. The camera work is great. The soundtrack at the end of each episode makes you think about the end of the episode. Do you still want more? Check out Sutter’s sequel “The Mayans.”
