It takes some talented people to adapt one of the most loved video game franchises into a board game. Triton Noir of V Commandos has done just that. Their game, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood of Venice comes with a seal of approval from Ubisoft. It is an incredible undertaking and the fans have responded. With a Kickstarter goal of just little over $98,000, it was met in the first hour. By just 90 minutes, the first stretch goal was unlocked.

Based on the prototype and now images of the finished product, backers have high expectations it will be the tabletop experience worthy of the Assassin’s Creed name. The makers of the game were given a lot of creative freedom, and any new characters remained true to the universe. Being that it is a game of miniatures, the creators worked with well-known sculptors and these guys plan to “raise the bar” with these new adventures.

See for yourself and decide.
