On March 22nd, 2019 it was announced that our beloved “Supernatural” will be coming to an end after next season. Season 15 will be home to the series finale. “Supernatural” has been on the air since 2005 after it was created by Eric Kripke. Kripke left the series after season 5, but actors Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, and Misha Collins have kept the show going.
Of course, there are many unsung heroes, like the crew and people behind the scenes and we must have lots of gratitude towards them as we all mourn this announcement. All three of the guys announced the news on a video uploaded to Twitter. The emotion is evident and I’m sure as the show continues this season and next, we will see it present itself more.
This show has been great to us all, we here at Nerd Alert News will continue to write about the sad news received today, as we also focus on the positives about this incredible journey. The SPNFamily is strong!
